Apricot Sulphured Dried

Turkish apricots which have been harvested by hand, washed with pure water, hand pitted treated with sulphure dioxide for color retention, sun dried, graded for size, and sorted for general defects. The product shall present a bright color (light yellow-yellow orange-orange reddish-light red), taste and smell typical of well processed dried apricots.

Apricot Sulphured Dried

Our Turkish apricots are carefully handpicked and individually pitted before being washed with pure water. To maintain their color, we use sulphur dioxide, and then sun-dry and sort the apricots by size. Our apricots are inspected to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, resulting in a final product that showcases a bright color ranging from light yellow to yellow-orange, orange, reddish, and light red. With every bite, you'll experience the natural taste and aroma of well-crafted dried apricots.
